Fellow Techwhirlers:

I am looking for an inexpensive (under $75 or so) and easy to use project
management software tool, perhaps something typically marketed to small
business owners. Packages such as Microsoft Project are far too complex and
have many more features that we need for our purposes. Basically, we need
something that can be used to develop a list of tasks that can be updated,
printed, and e-mailed.

The basis requirements are:

* A list of tasks with dates (deadlines), in which you could click on
a task to expand it into sub-tasks.
* Some kind of checklist operation to check off tasks when they're
completed, and the ability to show both completed and uncompleted tasks.
* An option to turn the tasks into some type of graphic
representation, such as a flow chart or a bar chart.
* Microsoft 95/98/NT compatible.

Thanks for any advice you can give me. You can send me replies directly or
by posting.
