Gerd Ballenberger asks:

What are the Do's and Dont's of writing information that should be reuseable in a databased Document Management System?

Tony Markatos responds:

The main thing to be done to create highly reusable information is the same whether a Document Management System is employed or the information is written on the rear end of a a camel. Create highly modular (task oriented) information and minimize the dependencies between the modules.
