I don't have my MLA Style Guide or the Chicago Manual of Style handy,
but I believe the convention is simply to use initial caps on your
chapters/sections and no other special formatting. You would not use
quotation marks or italics. Italics should be reserved for references to
the title of a publication (such as a book or magazine, and also manuals
etc.).
