Frame isn't usually the tool of choice for artists, but you can
produce decent brochures and product sheets in it, so long as you
don't want anything too fancy or too much fine control. Ditto for
publishing.

Strangely enough, developers of a certain vintage - those who
have been in the business for about ten years - do use Frame for
specs and white papers. I think the building block approach to
bullets, numbering, cross-references and variables appeals to the
average coder's mind. :-)
