So a department with three full-time writers-- and a few
part-time-- isn't in a position to ask for an explanation
when a new and inexperienced writer is shoved in with them?
A department that size should be doing its own hiring. Its
decisions should be the responsibility of someone who knows
and cares about the consequences of those decisions. I think
Lisa is just a symptom. Your real problem is Mr. Burns.
