I've been tasked with reviewing possibilities for enterprise-wide
document management software in the design-build-operate environment.
Particular emphasis on situations where vector graphics like CAD are
primary components in the design process and their output (files or
blueprints) will be used in production/manufacturing, supplier and
sub-contractor interactions, and customer operation and maintenance of
the product. Example: Electrical Power Plant design, construction,
and operation (including maintenance management and quality assurance
issues).

I've been able to find some possible solutions by accusoft, Inso,
Informative Graphics and a couple of others.

I'd really appreciate feedback from anyone using these or similar
products in their organizations or some leads for people to talk to
who are evaluating these solutions.
