The "correct" thing to do is to make a
decision, know why you're making it,
and follow it consistently.

This is entirely a matter of editorial style.

Some tech editors prefer to place a period
mark at the end of the list to show that it
is complete.

Others prefer to omit end-punctuation in
simple lists.

Both are correct.
