Understanding the different components of Help authoring - WinHelp 2000 can
create tri-pane Help that's not HTML Help. However, the WinHelp page is linked
to RoboHelp, and there's little difference between them, it seems. The
info -at- winhelp -dot- com, which is on the winhelp page, bounces.

It looks like only RoboHelp can use the tri-pane feature - but then what is
WinHelp 2000, exactly? There's no new Help compiler on microsoft's site.

I'm using ForeHelp, but their support apparently doesn't know how to use this.
It seems a fairly desirable feature, and it's strange I haven't seen more about
it here and elsewhere.

Any tips?
