I have a doc in FrameMaker 6. The format of all
chapters is 8.5 x 11 inches. One Appendix contains
15 schematic sheets, all on 11 x 17 (and rotated 90 degrees...).

What's the best way to get this into ONE PDF?

Just printing and distilling the whole book from
FrameMaker results in the 8.5 x 11 format prevailing
over the single 11 x 17 chapter, and truncating all
the schematics in the resulting PDF.

I'd like to retain the hot-links from ToC to the
headings in the doc, but it's not critical.
