Oh come on, a writer is a writer is a writer. Nothing wrong with Marketing
looking at the manuals as long as they understand the technical principles that
are necessary to be included in the manual. For a lot of companies, especially
ones riding the VC pony, a manual is a selling tool for the sales dept.
