Thanks to everyone for the advice on my recent question concerning
installation instructions in a documentation suite - whether it's better to
keep them as a chapter in each of the various guides, or whether it's
better to consolidate them in a book of their own.

Everyone who replied agreed that the separate book is most likely the best
approach, as long as you make sure to identify the differences for each
audience.
