Click on Help Q&A and look at Question 2.

Although ForeFront makes ForeHelp, the answer clearly distinguishes some
pros and cons of the most popular help formats (leaving out flat HTML). My
understanding is that InterHelp (from ForeFront) fills the same niche as Web
Help (from eHelp).
