i am currently reading "managing your documentation projects."
just in my initial read through (and i am not all that far into the book) i
can see lots of things that make sense and will need to be addressed at my
company.
however, theory and reality sometimes don't mix. i am curious to know if
anyone tried to implement her five-phase model and productions-development
life cycle?
