Hi List,

A recent joiner here and hoping my question is on-topic, squeezed as it is
between software analysis..

Can anyone clarify the rule(s) for using hyphens in adjectival phrases for
me? For example,

Long run planning, or
Long-run planning?

MS Word seems to be ambivaent on the subject. Hope this is an acceptable
topic. If not, flame away. It rained so much here today nothing would burn
anyway...
