How about if you think her stuff is OK, then it is OK. If you don't
think it is OK, then it isn't. You can't agree, that's why bosses get
the bucks.

Why does everything have to be broken down to a rule?

Number of errors
You should know if by looking at something if it sucks or not.

Number of steps
4 steps may be too long, 15 may not be enough. It just needs to
work regardless of the number of steps.

Number of resume pages
If you have 3 jobs in your life, 2 pages is too much. If you've had
27 really cool 6 month projects, then 5 isn't enough

People: we've got to start relying on knowledge, experience, guy
feeling, and intuition and not use statistics for everything.
