I'm posting this very precariously. I had one of these marvelous pieces of
equipment but it was just stolen, alas and alack and I'm having a heck of a
time replacing it. I was wondering if anyone can point me in the right
direction to buy another one?

BTW, these are very hard to get nowadays. Everyone seems to be out of stock
or backordered, mine was a godsend, considering all the client meetings I do
these days.

ON topic, how many of the TWs on this list have direct contact with clients?
Meaning, whether it's feedback to fix documentation or to find out how they
are using the documentation at all? I'm not talking about formal metrics,
not all of us are in large enough environments where this can be
established, but something a lot more informal where you actually meet or
interface with your end-users?

TIA,

sanjay
