Well, we thought we had a handle on it being Windows NT network privileges,
something that "belongs" to an account.

What I found was that (I just remembered this) if I logged on to a different
machine, one on which the document printed correctly, the dang document
would not print! It _was_ personal <g>! It was an HP LaserJet 3 or 4, I
think, too, which, if I recall, also had something to do with it.
Truthfully, we were grasping at straws, since the whole thing was so
bizarre. The IT guys swore it could not happen, and it required them
actually coming to watch the thing happen (logging on as another person,
printing on my computer worked; logging on as me, printing on my machine
worked -- logging onto another computer as me, printing on that machine did
not work; logging onto another computer as another user, printing on that
machine worked). IT just shook their heads and told me that I would just
have to deal with the inconvenience.

I'm copying this to the list, since I hope it might spur something in
someone else to effect a solution, for you and for my own peace of mind!

Lynn,

No, I'm using Win 98. Think that has anything to do with this?
