Try the manufacturer's website for links to associated web pages and mailing lists.
You may also want to check out newsgroups... take a look in the following domains to see if there is something applicable:
comp.graphics.apps (maybe there's something there, even though there isn't a group specifically for Pro-engineer)
comp.cad.pro-engineer (looks like that's the one you want)
