Another issue that us rookie tech-writers have faced
is gaining access to these "exotic" tools which are
used to sift candidates out during the application
process. Framemaker was the thorn in my side that
managed to constantly elude me, whether in research
efforts, or actually landing an assignment where it
was widely used (enough to actually pick it up). I
have since rectified this situation, but now find
myself trying to form a relationship with ROBOHELP. It
is not in place at my current assignment and I was
wondering what would be the best 1st step, beyond the
laborious obvious, in tackling this issue.
Thanks!
Michael
