I've known people who said "I've worked with it a little
before" or even "I've only had a chance to play with it, I'd
need to brush up", but never said that they actually "knew"
a program. And only if they really had at least seen it.
Then went home and learned it as quickly as possible. Not
quite a lie... more of an implication.
