I'd like to insert a cross-reference to a range of pages ("the
paragraphs on pages X through Z describe the parameters..."). I
know how to insert a reference in the index to a range of pages,
but not how to do the same thing for inline text. Short of
having two bookmarks, one each at the begining and the end of
the range, is there a way to do this?
There's no such thing as useless information, only information for which you haven't found a use yet.
