re: page numbering

In my documents, the Cover and BOC (Back of Cover) are not numbered
at all and don't count in the numbering. The Front Matter, TOC, and
TOF (if used) are numbered i, ii, iii, iv, etc. The first page of
Chapter 1 is numbered 1-1 and the TOC reflects it that way.
