I would rather see discussions of proposal writing included on the
techwr-l list. I am already subscribed to two Frame users' lists as well,
and I get doubles of many postings, as people post to a second list if
they don't get an answer on the first list right away. I save much of
this wonderfully good stuff, but when something seems familiar, I have to
go back and see if I've already saved the same message that was posted on
another list. Or if I don't catch it, I end up storing duplicates.

Opinion of 'just another lurker.'
