Sandy...what you are asking is how to be a technical writer. Have you
ever been a technical writer before? There's a reason why we get paid
for what we do. We've the training and experience to do exactly what
you are asking. To describe the whole process would trivialize what's
involved.

Instead, since what you are asking is composed of hundreds of smaller
pieces, suggest you break it down into more manageable pieces.
