You can't (with a 95% level of confidence). What you can do:

Open up the Control Panel > Mouse settings, take a screen shot of that
dialog. Crop the cursor. Paste it into the screen shot you're working on.
You may need to do all of this from within Paint; I've always used that when
PE has played annoying tricks on me.
