I have two favorites, both phrases that I've learned mean there's trouble

1. "Oh darn, we forgot to tell you." [The polite version] [I've had the
impolite version of this one emblazoned on mugs which were handed out to
survivors of one particularly difficult project.]
2. "Write something; I'll tell you whether I like it." [Usually said by an
engineering manager who hasn't developed any specs for a product.]
