When I converted some docs from v5 to v7, I had trouble with a number of
semi-cute headers, footers -
some stuff didn't work the same, and the resultiong conversion took a
bit of repair work.

Also, I had seperate style sheets for various chapters- and in v7, v8
there's only one stylesheet per pub.
I wound up with body(1), body(2), etc... took a while to clean up.

There are suggestions in the above mentioned newsgroup on this topic
within the last week or so- check it out!
