Why are you converting the tables, text, and screen captures using Word as
your conversion tool?

Do you have RoboOffice installed or just RoboHelp?

If you have office installed why not generate File > Generate > WebHelp
(cross-platform Help).

What is your HTML to be used for in its final incarnation?
