When I visited the link with IE, there was a very nice TOC of the entire
MSDN Online Library, along with a Library Search tool.

Keep in mind, MSDN is the Microsoft *Developer* Network. This is information
for developers using *Microsoft tools* to create applications for *Microsoft
operating systems*. What's unreasonable about assuming that the intended
audience has MS IE???
