Hi All,
I am a senior technical writer at a documentation and
localization services provider in the Middle East. I
have been asked by my Department Manager to draw a
plan for maintaining and cleaning the Technical
Glossary (of computer and Internet Terms) that we have
in our company. Due to the constraints of time and
funds, I may do short term and long term maintenance
and cleaning strategies.

For your infor:
1- The glossary is in Trados Multiterm format.
2- Terminology domain should be considered (the same
term may have different equivalent in Arabic depending
on the domain it occurs in).
3- The glossay volume is about 60MB. It is more than 5
million words.
4- The element of cost should be considered as we do
it enternally, i.e, we are not paid for it from
clients.
5- Max. 3 people can work on implementing the plan.

Guidelines are wellcome for implementation in future.

Appreciate your cooperation.
