My boss has been tasked to document our IS customer support structure. No
one here has really written brown papers, and we are looking for additional
how-to resources for writing this type of document. (We are working from a
couple of college texts by Lannon and Boiarsky.)
Any suggestions, gotchas, web sites, or other books would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Dan Charles
