I'm wondering how many of you FrameMaker users use/know how to use conditionalized text.

Seems like many folks I'm dealing with lately haven't even heard of it.

We/I use conditional text to maintain clean copy while creating documentations. I hate having sections that are not yet developed appearing in the middle of text that is developed. It allows us to show the completed versus the uncompleted, and present a clean copy for reviews of just the section needed.

This is of course within a single copy. We also use it to maintain multiple versions of the same document.
