Oh, I see now what you were asking about. Sorry if I mis-understood your
earlier message. It was, well, early.

If your talking about a SLA for the writing services you will provide,
may I suggest a link that someone posted a short time ago:

I poked around a little and there was a link to someone's web site that
described all the services that were available, including time
constraints, etc. I was just browsing around trying to find the specific
path to get you there, and I couldn't figure out where it was, but if
you explore a little you can probably find it. This site has lots of
good samples and information (thanks to the original poster!).
