Hello !

We are writing a document about the known bugs that are not fixed yet.
This document is for internal use but also for the customers.
We are looking for a title to this document which would be explicit
enough to allow users to find it on the Intra/Extranet, but would not
explicitly contain the term "Bugs" (everybody can imagine why).

Try "Exception List" or something similar. Exception has the connotation of being outside the normal, yet doesn't have the derogatory meaning of "bugs." Deficiencies has the same problems as bugs.

Scott
