This minimalist response, however, ignores the audience analysis. The
original poster said that he is new to the field and looking for a job.

He is probably going to need to do this several times. Therefore, he would
be better served by creating a txt file and tweaking the formatting problems
once instead of having to redo the touch ups every time.
