Here's one:

STC has a new Instructional Design & Learning SIG. That SIG has an email
list available to SIG members. Traffic currently averages about 2 messages
per day. Our website is at http://www.stcsig.org/idl. STC members can add
SIGs to their membership using the form at
http://www.stc-va.org/PDF_Files/sigform.pdf.
