CMS says there is no point in including a table of figures unless they are
either a) essential to the book (such as a book on paintings with pix of
the paintings) or b) constantly referred to be text all throughout the
IPCC 01, the IEEE International Professional Communication Conference,
October 24-27, 2001 at historic La Fonda in Santa Fe, New Mexico, USA.
