It's funny, because I've had a similar experience lately. See, I was shopping at
The Gap, looking for a semi-formal dress to wear to a wedding, but everything
they had was pretty casual. Every person on earth needs a semi-formal dress.
Therefore, by consistently failing to provide me an opportunity to buy this
dress, The Gap is clearly demonstrating what is fundamentally flawed in clothing
retailers altogether. They obviously think dressy clothing is unnecessary and
are choosing instead to concentrate on completely and utterly useless things
like khakis, jeans, and overpriced teeny tiny t-shirts. I wrote them a long
whiny e-mail asking why the entire store wasn't dedicated to semi-formal
clothing (preferably in my size and in colors suitable for my complexion... we
are *all* autumns, aren't we?) but they have refused to answer. Too embarassed
to admit their own stupidity, I'm sure. Harrumph.
