A couple of months ago, Windows 2000 Pro was installed on all our
computers, and other software was re-installed. I came in Monday morning
to find Windows 2000 and Office running, but XYZware was nowhere in
sight. When I questioned the technician, he said, "I wasn't sure if you
still needed XYZware or not." But--but--XYZware is the product I'm
documenting!

Another product, Enhanced XYZware, has a manual that runs about 250
printed pages, including hundreds of screen shots for which data must
first be created. The project manager asked me if two weeks would be
long enough to write a new one.
