I've used the chuncking strategy too -- in fact, I had to cut and paste
sections of the manual into a bug report system and file a bug against the
engineer so he'd read the chunks. :)

Julie, filing a bug is a great idea, one that I wished I had thought of last
October. Too bad it has to get to that point, sometimes.
