I used a company called FreeAgent.com that charged a flat fee of $275
per month to handle all billing, payroll, taxes, etc.

I could also buy medical, dental, eyeglass, etc from them. Also had
401(k) through MerrLynch that I used toward the end.

They were OK, sometimes had to call for correct information that
appeared outdated on their web site, but in general, satisfactory.
