I have not used SODA, but I have researched the tool. SODA is a utility
included with Rational Rose, a modeling tool used in software development.
SODA uses Word templates to automatically maintain project documents by
extracting requirement information and diagrams from Rose models. (There is
a Frame version also.) The Rational SODA page accessed from the following
link should provide the information you need.
