Having finally cleaned out my in box after the conference, I found a useful
resource in the undiscarded e-mail: http://www.usability.gov/. This url
points towards the National Cancer Institute's site, and seems to have
useful information on the design process, design considerations,
accessibility guidelines, and so on. I won't have a chance to really dig
into this site for some time, but in the mean time, why not have a look
yourself?
