It's funny you should mention that...I made a brief stop at handspring.com
to do that very thing. I took about 45 seconds to look around for an email
address and could only find one of those "*£&%! Web forms. I wasn't going to
complete 20 fields simply to send this to them, so I said "forget it".
Ironic that a usability issue on their Web site discouraged me from
reporting a usability issue with their product. DB.
