Kim Forbes asked about web help for Netscape 4.x.

I hope someone who's used the most recent version of RoboHelp/eHelp will
correct me if this is no longer true, but: in the version we use here,
RoboHelp Office 2000, the Netscape-compatible HTML help---"WebHelp"
---handles popups rather poorly in Netscape. It does them as small
secondary windows that the user must close manually.

I've been looking into using a freeware Javascript library, overLIB, to
handle the popups. Unfortunately that will require a lot of fiddling around
in the HTML--oops, "TrueCode" (bleah)... which I don't mind, but which
would make it harder to maintain within RoboHTML. If you go this route,
feel free to email me off-list and I'll share whatever solutions I can
figure out over the next few months.

Christine
