Thought for a poll

How about a poll that asks how long the average employment in years is for
these industries: computers, government, manufacturing,
biomedical/pharmacutical, insurance/banking, yadda yadda.

I know this seems complex, but my point is to see for my industry, software,
and others, how long tech writers typically stick around.
