Hi Ramaa,

I have always worked in engineering departments. However, my current team
used to be part of the marketing department. They say that when they were
part of marketing, it was much easier to get the resources they needed to
do their jobs. As part of engineering, we're pretty low on the totem pole,
and it's more difficult to get the tools, staff, and other resources we
need.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi,

Can someone tell me, where the Technical Writing Team would fit in a
Software Product Company? In the Product Engineering Team or the Product
Marketing Team

Would highly value your opinion, especially if it is based on the structure
in the company you work for.

Thanks so much.

Regards,
Ramaa.
