I hope I'm not breaking any rules here but...
I'm getting a bit fed up with the brick wall I keep running into when
dealing with employment agencies. In the UK at the moment there are hundreds
of TA jobs but to get at them I have to go through an agency. So far this
has been a lot less than satisfactory.
What I was thinking of doing was advertising myself and inviting employers
to contact me direct. Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions about
this, for instance publications or experiences, or even just ideas for
getting agencies to play ball?
Thanks, Mick
