Reading just this paragraph on it's own , possibly puts it out of context
with the rest of the work.
To me it reads as a bit of a fudge, almost as though you are recommending
more disk space but are not wanting to commit for fear of putting off
buyers.

I would be inclined to make it a little less chatty and drop the references
to the low cost of disks (this could date the piece and may not always be
true).
Instead I would write something along the lines of:

"For normal operations the system is designed to operate in XX of disk
space.
However, Power Users and those planning future enhancements may wish to
consider using disks of greater capacity."

It's shorter and more to the point but, as I said, your paragraph is being
read out of context with the rest of your work so maybe your piece is fine
as it is.
