We have been producing only hard copy books and online Help systems. We
have traditionally charged our customers for the hard copy books. We are
thinking of producing books on CDs or providing some online access method.
Does anyone have experience with pricing online delivery of books? If so,
is there a standard way of calculating these costs?

Thanks,
Carolyn
